A Balti curry kit with Kashmiri chilli, ginger paste and a rich tomato Balti sauce.

Balti Curry Kit.
Add: 300g diced chicken and 1 diced pepper.
1 Simply fry the diced chicken in a little oil until browned, add the balti paste and diced pepper, then fry for 2-3 minutes.
1 Add the balti sauce and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with rice, Sharwood’s flame-baked naans and tangy mango chutney.
Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
Works just as well with lamb, chickpeas & spinach or roast aubergine.
